At SamuraiBlades.com we only carry original, high quality branded swords and believe you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your sword we'll happily provide a refund!
If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. Please do NOT send any item back without first contacting us for an authorization number and the proper shipping address. We ship out of multiple warehouses and most items should NOT be sent back to our main office in Portland, Oregon.
We will accept authorized returns (minus shipping) if we are contacted within 5 days of your order arrival as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns if our office is not contacted within 5 days of delivery. We do not refund or pay shipping charges on returns.
Please note: all items must have arrived back at our warehouse within 30 days of your order delivery or we cannot accept the return. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns unless you are returning the item because something was wrong with it. If there is a problem with your sword we MUST be contacted within 5 days of your receipt of the sword for it to be allowed to be exchanged. If you contact us after that date you may not be able to return a damaged sword. Please note: MINOR imperfections are on almost ALL swords.These swords are hand made, not stamped out on an assembly line and each piece will vary. MINOR imperfections are NOT considered damaged swords and will be subject to 20% restocking fees if returned due to a minor imperfection.
Damaged swords or swords that arrive with a chip or scratch marks on the blade or scabbard. (As infrequent as that is, it does occur on occasion and we will return or exchange the sword for you in the event that it does).
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, a 15% cancellation fee might be applicable if the order has already been processed. This is to cover our processing costs. If you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible so we can get the order cancelled without any additional costs to you, the customer. If you "replace" your original order with another order of comparable value we will waive the 15% processing fee. Your satisfaction is very important to us -- we insist that you be thoroughly pleased with everything you order from Samurai Blades.com.
We sell only new swords imported directly from the forge. We do not sell any "B" stock, used or repackaged swords unless specified as a sale item. We are an authorized dealer for all the lines we carry. We guarantee you will be happy with your purchase or your money back!
